India needs such laws but there misuse should be stopped

Recently the supreme court of India has gave a judgement on sc/st act by saying that there be no automatic arrest on any complaint filed under the law and a preliminary inquiry must be conducted by police within seven days before taking any action. This decision is Given by bench of Justices A K Goel and U U Lalit introduced the provision of anticipatory bail despite Section 18 of the act denying pre-arrest bail this decision is given on the Case which happened in Maharashtra about the misuse of this law well we all know that there are many laws in India which are required but there misuse of laws happened in my nation still i advocate there should be these laws to help those sections of society which were oppressed for the larger period of time and they are none other than Lower casts and moreover women who are considered as the Biggest Minority in India by shmt Rajkumari Amrit Kaur (1st Health Minister of India) let's see what are these laws and how there misuse happens

Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989

This was one of the law which i support because this law is for the protection of our brothers and sisters from the low castes who are known as Harijans unfortunately due to the oppression by some upper caste people and this law is an extension of article 17 which makes untouchability a crime in the modern society despite of these laws there were many cases where our Harijan Brothers faced humiliation because of born as Harijan by some educated but orthodox guys some cases are below
1  One example is the conduct of an Allahabad High Court judge who had his chambers "purified" with water from the ‘ganga jal’ because a Harijan judge had previously sat in that chamber before him.
2 One case is of Karnataka where a Harijan was threaten with a Gun for drinking water from a upper caste person well
These cases shows that there is a need for such laws till the mindset of the people changes it is been 70 years of Independence but still some people mindset haven't changed but that is Not a license for some one to misuse there right so i somehow believe that there will be no misuse of the law
1 One case is of Punjab where a government employee of Upper caste booked under this act because he caught his senior who was a Harijan for taking bribe i mean this was ridiculous

Dowry Act

It is not the first time that some Important law like this is been misused this has also happened in Dowery act means Section 498 A which helps the women to be secure from the violence by the husband and his family and it is a fact that The NCRB states that in 2015, as many as 7,634 women died in the country due to dowry harassment. Either they were burnt alive or forced to commit suicide over dowry demand. Data further reveals that after registration of dowry deaths, police have chargesheet around 93.7 per cent of the accused, of which only 34.7 per cent have been convicted. so there is a need for such laws but there were many fraud cases are been reported in the time some are from delhi lucknow and many other cities
In 2008 save Indian family foundation report came up which stated that In the last eleven years (1996 – 2007) 156000 husbands have been claimed by rampant domestic violence against them. In a shocking revelation of suicide statistics for the year 2007 reveals that almost double the number of married men have committed suicide in comparison to married women as the report attached here corroborates
So India needs law like that to safeguard the oppressed one's but there should be no misuse of the laws because this is against the law and this will also hamper those who are really oppressed by the devils  .
