Why to Have Problem with Prayers (A Disgusting PIL IN Supreme Court)

Today one guy filed and PIL in Supreme Court to ban morning prayers in KendryaVidyalya which are 1152 in India because it promotes one religion and it is a constitutional right of an atheist under article 28 and 25(1) and Complainant is himself a atheist along with the Public Prosecutor but I believe that this whole petition is #Disgusting why because when i was school going child i recited 3 prayers they were "भला किसी का कर न सको तो बुरा किसी का मत करना", "हमे काफी है एक छोटा सा घर", "रघुपति राघव राजा राम" and these prayers are not the part of any religion i never seen these prayers in temple except one. these prayers were not having any religion and if reciting these prayers is against atheism then they should not talk about #Constitution because in Taking oaths a person "I do swear in the name of god" and moreover "सत्यमेव जयते " which is been written in behind the Indian emblem is the Part of Upnishads which atheist say that is a Hindu Book , Our Constitutions book has some pics of the gods and anyone can see that , every constitution in this world is based on religious and moral values and moreover lawyers when call judge they say "My Lord" then atheist Lawyers should not say that. sometimes i think that a small kid of a school ever thinks that he is a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain or an Atheist no he never thinks.
Moreover the children of complainant they have already passed out from school and if there PIL is true then i can say that his children are dumb in science and moreover why he was silent for so many years when his children in college were reciting those prayers in school and when he was a school child why didn't then he raised question  moreover that public prosecutor has also studied from a school where she recited prayers which she herself admitted so should i ask her that does it affected your scientific temperament .
The languages of these prayers are also been targeted which is Hindi and Sanskrit we all know that Hindi is the official language of India under Article 343 (1) of Indian Constitution and schedule 8 where the description of Sanskrit language in Constitution.
Moreover in that Petition it is also written that Prayers effect scientific temperament if that so then many NASA have great Indian Scientist with them then why India is so much up in the why Indians have nothing so what is this some kind of Joke if for once i believe that it's a part of religion so banning them will be a Direct violation of Article 28 and 25 of those children who are not atheist and believe in god. 
Today I as a Human stand Against this PIL and i will be most happiest person if that man who filed this PIL losses because School Prayers has nothing to do with Religion.
