After the brutal gang rape of Nirbhaya on 16th December 2012 in a bus in the delhi city shook the length and breadth of the country one more horrific rape has shooked my nation and this time this rape happned in Kathua District of Jammu where an 8 years old girl was brutally gangrapeed by more than 4 people for more than 3 days in a holy place which is a shame for the Entire community of Mine that these people has put a blot on our holy places and some police officers helped these guys and what they got is the Rs 4 lacs from the accused people which is another example of corruption which is not good for my nation.
The girl name is ashifa she was 8 years old and she was gang-raped and murdered by some local people because she was belonged to a Gujjar Bakarwal Community which is a tribal and the accused wanted to throw the bakarwals out of the area and that is why the main culprit his son and his nephew (Both of them are juvenile in the court of law) gang-raped her and then she was murdered at Rassanna village in Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir on January 10. Her mutilated body was recovered on January 17.
What the FIR Says
Today the J&K Police filled the pages charge sheet in the court which shows the horrif story of the murder and rape and the story is as follows which is written in the charge sheet that "she was abducted by the accused and then she was gangraped for 3 days and the 3 accused used the high volume of sedatives to keep that girl in the unconcious state of mind so that they can do whatever they want and what happened after that they called another boy from meerut and told him to gangrape her once more and one accused also gangraped here before killing her and after that he juvenile hit the girl twice with a stone on her head and later dumped her body in the forest after their plan to throw the body in a canal could not materialize due to failure to arrange a vehicle and then 2 police officers who took bribe they also destroyed the evixdence which is again a crime in the Indian Peneal Code.
Gujjar Bakarwal Community is a tribal community in the nation who are the caretakers of the cattle and other animals and they also known as barefoot botanists because they have a great and sound of knowledge of flora and fauna present in they never live at same place in the summers they go to high mountain regions and in winters they come back.

When this Incident came up some anti social elements tries to patray this as a Hindu muslim issue so that girl ashifa doesn't get any justice there was a group known as HEM who socially boycotted the Bakarwal community which is an another example of the shameless ness and what comes further that today some Idiots in jammu bar association protested against the FIR and the SSP Ramesh Jala and called his enquiry fake they also chanted the vande matram and jai shree ram slogans for the praise of the rape accused and also demands for a CBI Enquiry. see this what some that we all Indians calls them anti-social elements who wants to divide our country and it is a fact that no one is against this demand of CBI Enquiry but a person who is a pure Hindu and a proud Indian will not be wanted to see these 2 slogans in the favour of criminals and therefore I believe that many people of my nation also wants the arrest of those who chanted these slogans in favour of rapists.
Today a Journalist of Kashmir origin wrote a post on Facebook stating that SSP Ramesh Jala who is the main Investigation officer in this case is one of the honest guys in the world infect he was the Incharge of several operations against terrorism in the valley and also have a great working record in j&k Police and if he and his team make this charge sheet then it is 100% sure that they are not lying and there was another one Editor of The Print who tweeted in the favour of ashifa and demands the justice.
We have to Understand that rape is rape just like nirbhaya ashifa is also a member of Indian family and right now n number of people including the Hindus in my nation is supporting that girl because she was innocent and therefore I thank them all and demands the supreme penalty against those people who raped and killed her just like we demanded in the case of nirbhaya I am not aware that whether there is death penealty for rape accused and 10 years sentence for juvinile is present in the j&k state constitution like the Indian Constitution if it's there it's ok otherwise government of j&k should propose that because no one can see an 8 years old girl getting raped and killed so, therefore, I as an Indian and Human demands for her justice giver her justice My Lord.
