Hinduism : A Belief and a Thought



Some days back I read a book in which  there was a great definition of Hinduism and that was That it is not a religion but a Belief and also it is kind of Intellectualism with a diversity of thoughts, literature and practices and the basis and as par as the Hinduism thought on the life is concern so it is Soul has a Body where other says Body has a soul and that is why it has a belief in the reincarnation (That is my Point of View) and Hinduism is also a diverse culture because this has many discourse as well the biggest example is Bhagwat Gita which is based on the Discourse by Arjuna and that leads to lot to rise of Intellectual thoughts within the society and some of the points which proves Hinduism a Pluralist, Intellectual  and also a very wider thought society. 

1.     In Hinduism the 9 forms of Goddess Durga were equally followed and worshipped like the Trideva means Brahama Vishnu and Mahesha  
2.     In Hinduism Lord Ganesha and Lord Hanuman (who have body like a human have but there face is of Animals) were also worshipped
3.     In Hinduism there is Large population of Hindus who believes that Vedas are the only truth but on the other hand we have Charvakas and also the Lingyats who believe that Vedas are not a truth Infact charvakas supports atheism
4.     There are 4 vedas in Hinduism and they are Rig Veda, Sam Veda , Yajur Veda and Athar Veda and also it has Upnishads and Bhagwat Gita
5.     In Hindus there are 33 Crores Gods and Goddess and each and everyone has some Importance.
6.     In Hinduism all the natural resources and elements are god like we have Pawan Dev, Indra Dev, Agni Devi etc..
7.     There are 9 planets discovered by the NASA in the Solar system but among these 9 7 are there in the jyotish shastra by the names of Surya-Sun, Shani-Saturn, Chandra - Moon, Mangala-Mars, Budh-Mercury,Guru-Jupiter,Shukra-Venus and Moon is Chandra and eclipse is Rahu which was also very shocking for me as well.
8.     The Diversity of Thoughts and Ideas shows the 1.89.1 of Rigveda says ''Aano bhadra krtavo yantu vishwatah'' means Let noble thoughts come to me from all directions
9.     The Diversity of Hinduism in terms of belief shows by this doha “ekam sat vipraekam sat vipra bahudha” means Truth is one saints call it with many names.  

10.                        Hinduism is criticized for its Varnashrama which some people says Caste system but the reality is that Varnashram and Casteism are not same the Lord Krishna in Bhagwat Gita Ch 4 Sloka 13 said

CHATUR VARNYAM MAYAA SRISHTAM GUNA KARMA VIBHAGASHAHA
TASYA KARTARAM API MAAM VIDDHI AKARTARAM AVYAYAM

It says that he four-fold Varnas Like Brahman, Kshtriya, Sudra and Vaishya has been created by Me according to the differentiation of qualities and actions. Though I am the author, know Me as non-doer and eternal. Which shows its differentiation from caste system because the caste system is based on the birth but the varnashrama believes in Karma and your inner qualities so this division of work is also fantastic
It is a very less Intro of the Hinduism in some points and there is lot more to learn from this belief

Is it right that level of Debate went Down on some news channels

In today's modern media world there are debate shows on the news channels inclduing the evening slot of 5 PM then Primetime slot started from 9-11 PM and on some news channels on 8 of every day there is a debate show on each and every news channel whether it is a hindi news channel, English news channel or any regioanl news channel but today i was watching a Interview of Ashutosh of aam admi party on newslaundry.com where the anchor asked him to compare that the level of debate during your time when you was a journalist and anchor were low or is it now became low he  replied that now it has went down and all credit goes to the those where the people tries to speak over each other and everyone shouts on each other and they also tries to derail the main topic of discussion it has became a boxing match where everyone wants to punch other with his/her words.and now there is a lack of Intellectualism in the debate and i have seen some media reporters saying that tod...

Why to Have Problem with Prayers (A Disgusting PIL IN Supreme Court)

Today one guy filed and PIL in Supreme Court to ban morning prayers in KendryaVidyalya which are 1152 in India because it promotes one religion and it is a constitutional right of an atheist under article 28 and 25(1) and Complainant is himself a atheist along with the Public Prosecutor but I believe that this whole petition is #Disgusting why because when i was school going child i recited 3 prayers they were "भला किसी का कर न सको तो बुरा किसी का मत करना", "हमे काफी है एक छोटा सा घर", "रघुपति राघव राजा राम" and these prayers are not the part of any religion i never seen these prayers in temple except one. these prayers were not having any religion and if reciting these prayers is against atheism then they should not talk about #Constitution because in Taking oaths a person "I do swear in the name of god" and moreover "सत्यमेव जयते " which is been written in behind the Indian emblem is the Part of Upnishads which atheist say that is...
