Irresponsible behavior by Politicians in Assemblies

It is now became a fashion in the many countries that MLA & MP’s who get the chance to serve their country by working in Legislative and Parliamentary Assemblies dishonor those assemblies by there foolish acts like fighting or attacking someone using foul language recently in Tamil Nadu the MLA’s of DMK did same they argued with speaker due to his decision of not conducting a secret ballet and one of those MLA replaced speaker from his chair and he tried to sit on that chair I mean really what is this act can DMK members have forgotten their manners and atticates and this is not 1^st time when such a irresponsible act happened there are many more cases

· 1. Cash for vote case in 2008 in which some MP raised money inside the parliament houses alleging that they got this cash to save Dr. Singh’s Government during confidence motion voting

· 2. After some years in same parliaments some MP’s used chili spray which worsen the health conditions of many MP’s

· 3. In Ukraine last year the MP’s over there started fighting each other in the parliament house on a issue

· 4. In 2015 MLA’s of BJP attacked MLA Rasheed in JK Assembly for giving beef party in MLA hostel when beef was ban in entire JK state

I mean in democracy how can they do such a nonsense thing why there is no serious action is been taken against there MP’s and MLA’s by speaker of the House why they are not doing anything thus it gives a free hand to these politicians make assemblies a fighting ring

We do believe in Democracy and for us these assemblies are temple of Democracy and we should give no right to any politician to malign. They have a right to raise an Objection but there should be a limit that and I believe their should a strict law for any such acts.

I am sure soon Law agencies in India Including Parliament will do something for this.

2G स्पेक्ट्रम पर कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद भारत के पूर्व अटोर्नी जनरल मुकुल रोहतगी जी जिन्होंने इस मामले में अभुयुक्तो कई तरफ से पैरवी की थी उनका बयान आया है कि इस मामले में कुछ दम था ही नही तो ये खत्म होना चाहिए था और कुछ कानूनी बाते भी बताई इसी मामले के जज ओपी सैनी ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि में खुद पिछले सात साल से जिसमे छुट्टी के दिन भी शामिल थे रोज़ ओपन कोर्ट लगा कर सुबह 10 से शाम 5 बाजे तक सबूत का इंतज़ार करता था पर एक भी सबोइट पेश नही कर पाई सीबीआई उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि तथ्य और सबूतों पर कुछ काम नही हो रहा जो काम हो रहा था अफवाहों और कनफूसियो पर हो रहा था। यानी सीधी भाषा में कहे तो काम नही मज़ाक हो रहा था ये 1 लाख 76 हज़ार करोड़ के घोटाले की बात जब सामने आई कैग द्वारा तो जनता क्या सरकार क्या मीडिया क्या सबके होश फाख्ता हो गाये थे अब इस फैसले के बाद ये समझ जाएं कि कैग जो भारत की सबसे विश्वनीय संस्था है वो गलत रिपोर्ट दे सकती है। इस घोटाले के आने के बाद देश का टेलीकॉम सेक्टर कितने नुकसान में गाया था ये सब जानते खुद टेलीकॉम सेक्टर में काम करने के कारण हमें इस बारे में बताया गया था...

आज कर्नाटका के आम चुनावो के नतीजे आये कुछ दिनों से ऐसे हवा चल रही थी की शायद किसी भी दल को बहुमत ना मिले सुबह जब वोटो की गिनती शुरू हुई तो लगा की शायद ये बात गलत साबित हो जाए और पहले ऐसा लगा भी जब बीजेपी ११० से भी ज्यादा सीट्स जीत गई पीर राजनीती का खेल पलटा और जैसा की लास्ट मिनट रिजल्ट पे होता है उठा पटक वो हुई की कांग्रेस और जनता दल स की सीटे बढ़ी गई और जैसे की राजनीती के पंडितो ने कहा था वैसा ही हुआ किसी को बहुमत नही बाद में कर्नाटक बीजेपी के नेता और CM कैंडिडेट बीएस येदुरप्पा जी सामने आये उन्होंने ये कहा की सबसे बाड़ा दल बीजेपी हैं जिसके पास 105 सीटें होने के कारन उन्हें सर्कार बनाने का मौका देना चाहिए और आज बहुत सारे राजनीती के पंडित इसी बात की वकालत क्र रहे थे इसे सुन क्र हसी आती हैं की गोवा और मणिपुर के चुनावो में राहुल गाँधी की भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस सबसे बाड़ी पार्टी बन क्र उभरी थी जिसके पास गोवा में ही 40 में से 19 विधयक थे और ऐसा ही मणिपुर में भी हुआ पर उन्हें सर्कार बनाने के लिए नही बुलाया गाया और बीजेपी ने सर्कार बना ली हालांकि ऐसा पहली बार नही हो रहा हैं इससे पहले...
