Death sentence of Kulbhushan Jadav a Planned Murder not Justice




Recently Navy court of Pakistan gave death sentence to Kubhushan Jadav a Indian who was arrested by the Pakistani authorities in year 2016 on the grounds of creating a sabotage  and they also alleged that he is a Indian Spy who came in Baluchistan to give support to Baluchi Liberators  who wants to liberate Baluchistan from Pakistan what they said and what proof they have it is as follows
1.     A confessional video of kulbhushan jadav in which he is claiming that he is an Indian Spy and wants to create sabotage in Baluchistan
2.     A fake Indian passport by the name of Hussain Mubarak Patel is been recovered from him by Pakistani authorities
3.     Pakistani authorities has claimed many times that India is supporting Baluchi leaders
4.     He is a serving Navy officer of India
5.     He was arrested from Pakistani border red handed
But on the other hand there are many facts and evidence which questions Pakistan and proves that Kubhushan Jadav  case
1.      That confession video has 147 Cuts which puts a question mark on the authenticity of the video
2.     No spy uses his own country passport whether by his own name or a fake everyone knows about that
3.     He was not a serving navy officer because he got retired from Indian navy in year 2002 which government has proved with evidences
4.     Baluchistan Home Minister said that he was arrested from Afghanistan Border but Asim Bajwa says that he was arrested from Iran border and these areas have a distance of 900 kilometers so why this contradiction
5.     On 07 December 2016 in National Assembly of Pakistan Sartaj Aziz, Foreign Secretary of Pakistan that they have no evidence against Kulbhushan Jadav  instead of media reports so ho can they take such decision if they have no evidence
6.     German Ambassador to Pakistan Mr. Gultao has said on record by quoting Dawn Newspaper of Pakistan that Kulbhushan Jadav  was abducted by Taliban and handed over to the Pakistani Authorities and German Ambassador to Pakistanis not our man that’s for sure
Now lets see what law says and how Pakistan violated that
1.     Article 36 of Vienna convention says that if a country arrest a national of any country then country must provides counselor access to the Arrested person by his nation and India requested 13 times to Pakistan to give counselor access to Kulbhushan 11 times written and 2 times verbal 1st by Dr S Jaishankar, Foreign Secretary of India  and 2nd by  Mr. Gautam, Indian High Commissioner in Pakistan but Pakistan refuse that  Counsellor access is only for citizens not soldiers that Kulbhushan Jadav is a Retd.. Navy Officer who retired in year 2002 which means that now he is Just a Civilian of Republic Of India & he falls under Article 36 of Vienna Convention.
2.     If any person gets death sentence is given to a person so it is the duty of that country to inform this to the High Commission or Embassy about that Action which Pakistan has again did not done

3.     Any civilian who was arrested his trial will be done in the civilian court but his trial done at army court which was again a wrong decision

Why Pakistan is doing this everyone knows about that so there is a need to remind Pakistan that there are some laws prevail in this society  

We need to save Kulbhushan from this murder planning  because he is a innocent man

2G स्पेक्ट्रम पर कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद भारत के पूर्व अटोर्नी जनरल मुकुल रोहतगी जी जिन्होंने इस मामले में अभुयुक्तो कई तरफ से पैरवी की थी उनका बयान आया है कि इस मामले में कुछ दम था ही नही तो ये खत्म होना चाहिए था और कुछ कानूनी बाते भी बताई इसी मामले के जज ओपी सैनी ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि में खुद पिछले सात साल से जिसमे छुट्टी के दिन भी शामिल थे रोज़ ओपन कोर्ट लगा कर सुबह 10 से शाम 5 बाजे तक सबूत का इंतज़ार करता था पर एक भी सबोइट पेश नही कर पाई सीबीआई उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि तथ्य और सबूतों पर कुछ काम नही हो रहा जो काम हो रहा था अफवाहों और कनफूसियो पर हो रहा था। यानी सीधी भाषा में कहे तो काम नही मज़ाक हो रहा था ये 1 लाख 76 हज़ार करोड़ के घोटाले की बात जब सामने आई कैग द्वारा तो जनता क्या सरकार क्या मीडिया क्या सबके होश फाख्ता हो गाये थे अब इस फैसले के बाद ये समझ जाएं कि कैग जो भारत की सबसे विश्वनीय संस्था है वो गलत रिपोर्ट दे सकती है। इस घोटाले के आने के बाद देश का टेलीकॉम सेक्टर कितने नुकसान में गाया था ये सब जानते खुद टेलीकॉम सेक्टर में काम करने के कारण हमें इस बारे में बताया गया था...
