Some days ago I was on my facebook page when I saw a news that the court has retained the life imprisonment of the the rapist of Bilkis Bano who were not responsible for rapping a pregnant lady bilkis bano but they were also murderers of her family during 2002 Gujarat Riots and she got justice but after sometime I have seen something which made me angry I was on facebook page of an Organization who calls themselves a NGO who works for the Muslim Rights which is working in Illinois state in United States of America posted many post by saying that If Bilkis Bano was a Hindu then her Rapist will got Death Sentence for the rape like Jyoti Singh (Nirbhaya) rape case of 16/12/2012 which shocked the entire nation . I was very much hurt that now that so called Fascist Organization is doing politics on the justice and I also saw many hate comments from the radicals who are living outside the India saying that it is a discrimination b/w Hindus and Muslims Those people who were talking this bullshit forgot that the judgment in which the Life Imprisonment was given to the Rapist of Bilkis Bano came in year 2012 and the law which allows the Death Sentence for Rapist got passed in year 2013 means one year after that Bilkis Bano case Decision and this was not the first time when they posted such hateful things before that they have made thousand of comments like that when one day I asked the admin of page that why is he spreading hate in India so he replied that he against Narender Modi Government and their fascist rule and they believe that Hindutva which they considered as a fascist term has nothing to do with the Hinduism and I have seen n number of Post, Blogs and Articles which they have posted against narender modi and his government and the people who are working in BJP, RSS, VHP, BD etc.. but they used many words which hurts my sentiments like Hindu Taliban, Saffron Terrorism etc… which I have pointed out many times because they are trying to show that the Extremist elements are the identity of Hindus in India which is just a white lie which no educated one will believe. I don’t know who are those people who are running these type of hateful pages but they want to show that the Muslims are not happy in India which I believe is not a truth and just a white lie.
I also believes
that the rapist of Bilkis Bano should get Death Penalty according to the Indian
Penal Code but that doesn’t means that I am going to communalize the whole
issue because I know that there are many Hindu girls, Christian girls, Buddhist
Girls and Jain Girls whose rapist are serving Life Imprisonment not death
penalty but we never tried to communalize the issue and we never saw the
decisions taken by the court with the religious and communal point of views.
You have all right to question any decision by any court in India whether it is
supreme court, High Court or District court but no one allows you to do
sommunal politics and not on the justice decisions and those who are saying
that Bilkis bano was a muslim that’s why she faced discrimination I want to say
that her rapist and her family murderers are in jail now that shows that here
in India justice believes in Evidences and Eyewitnesses not the religion
So kindly shut your
mouth you Fascist Organizations will not going to succeed in your task I have
full faith on the minority wings and sections of India.
