Why some have fear from Jai shree ram (Hail Lord Rama)

Some days back when the newly elected Indian President Mr. Ram nath kovind gave his first speech in the Indian Parliament on the democracy of India some people chanted jai shree ram slogans then some left parties registered their protest on that and said that BJP is doing communal politics on that but this was not the first time when anything like that happened in the India last year in 2016 when Prime Minister of India Narender Modi  chanted Slogan Jai shree ram Parties like Congress and AIMIM who today advocates the freedom of speech and expression and religious rights condemn that move by saying that it is politically motivated chant but the big question is that how and when chanting lord rama name has become a communal issue if you say due to ram temple issue so what chanting lord rama has to do with the Babri Mosque issue i want to ask this question and 2nd question is that do the President and Prime Minister have some religious rights or not i know that they holds a constitutional positions but that Constitution allows them to follow their religion and no one can snatch this right from them Mem Afzal INC Spokesperson and Leader asked that What if Vice president chants Allah hu Akbar at the starting of his speech but i say that majority of people have no objection if he chants that Mr Afzal because India is a secular, social and democratic nation in which one can follow his/her religious rights and lord rama was considered a god for hindus who knows for his good and clean Kingship everyone knows that he was such a great king that during his regime he made his kingdom ayodya a best place to live he was the founder of ram rajya where people were happy every Parent was ensure that he/she will not see death of his children till they are alive where there was no bad things no corruption that was King Lord Ramchandra
I don't think that you should see anything politically motivated and this is a hard fact that this is not first time when any type of cheap thing has been done i remember  Prime Minister of India Narender Modi  went to silicon valley in USA in Facebook headquarters he talked about  struggle and poverty faced by his mother and INC called it a politically motivated statement and considered it a fake move i feel sorry for these people that how can someone can do that having dissent is a common and usual thing  in the democracy and everyone have right to register a moral protest and put allegations on someone but it should be relevant  otherwise what is the religious freedom and what is the democracy some days back i was on facebook where a website asked this question that what if Muslims chant Allah hu akbar in Parliament at that time i replied that "they can do that because we are not one of those who objects on religious chanting"
We need to understand that chanting religious slogans is not a communal act and by doing this some parties has let down the democracy i feel shame on them and also i feel shame on those who made this slogan a communal slogans means some right wing peoples i hope that day will come when no one will raise objection on chanting jai shree ram
