Murder Mystery of Judge Loya

Recently The Caravan Magazine has broke a story on the Death of Judge Brijgopal Loya who was Head of the committee Investigating the Sohrabudin Encounter case those who don't Don't Know about Sohrabuddin Sheikh let me tell you all he was a criminal who was involved in many crimes and he and his wife Kauser Bi were encountered by Gujarat Police in year 2006. in this case When Brijgopal Lohia became In charge he ordered Amit Shah main accuse in this case to Present in court and date was given 15 December 2014 but on 1 December 2014 he found dead in Nagpur and Judge who came 29 days after Loya's death in this matter, has acquitted BJP chief Amit Shah without hearing the case and CBI haven't filled any Petition against this case. according to Postmortem Reports Brijgopal Lohia died due to Heart attack but recently family claims that when they saw dead body the clothes were having the stains of blood &his head was wounded and on 5 AM in the morning they received the news of Brijgopal Lohia death but Postmortem Report says that he died 6:15 AM now it's a shock for the courts and investigation team and there one ore shocking thing in this is that dead body was handed over to father who was living in a village in maharastra without even consulting the family members I am not saying that you cannot handover body of a son to his father but the question is that why didn’t they informed Family of Justice Loya about this ultimately only family of Justice Loya who will decide that where dead body will go and there are total 10 claims which are written in The Caravan Magazine report which is also present in Indian Express, The Wire Hindi and other sites
But the question is that why Media is not talking about it and do they want to save someone from this.
