Today a NIA court decision came which shocked the entire nation and the decision was swami aseemanand, a Hindu Priest and his 4 colleagues who have been linked to three terror attacks, was among five men acquitted today in the 2007 blast in Hyderabad's Mecca Masjid. Nine people were killed and over 50 injured when the blast ripped through the historic mosque during Friday prayers on May 18 2007 but one thing which happened after this judgement that the Special NIA judge Ravindra Reddy who gave judgement on this case resigned immediately and he said that he is resigning on the personal grounds and it has nothing to do with this judgement and even the senior judicial officer is also saying this and after this Incident Mr. Assad Udin Owasi who is constantly attacking BJP, RSS, Abhinav Bharat in this case for last 11 years also raised the question in this and there was one more issue happened that Adv Rohini who was main ex-prosecutor in this case alleged that after 2014 she received a huge pressure from the central government to give clean chit to the members of the culprit ones and she also gave an Affidavit in the High court stating the name of that officer who was threatening her. well god knows what truth is.
What this case is all about
11 years ago on May 18 2007 this blast happened near the mecca masjid of Hyderabad which killed the 9 people and injured more than 50 Individuals and in this case of 11 years more than 200 witnesses came up and there statement got recorded and also there were more than 400 documents were submitted in the court and after that today due to lack of evidences aseemanand and his 4 collegues got bailed. first of all this case went to Hyderabad police at first they came to conclusion that a radical organisation HUJI was behind the attack and many members who said to a member of this organisation were arrested but in year 2008 they were released due to lack of evidences at that time Investigation was under CBI who took charge on 9 june 2007 and National Minority Commission at that time alleged that they all were innocents and the case was false and malicious.
In year 2010 a sudden turn came in to the Investigation when CBI Claimed that Abhinav Bharat a Right Wing Hindu Organisation which was made by Late Adv. Vinayak Damodar Savarkar (Former President , Hindu Mahasabha) is behind this attack because they were angry with the constant attacks on the Hindu pilgrims in Nation and that is why for revenge they have done that and that is what CBI Said and in This same year the Swami Aseemanand was also arrested who was also a culprit in Ajmer Sharif Dargah Blast case In which he was set free from all charges in 2017 although two RSS Members are serving life imprisonment in this case and the another one is samjhuta express blast in which he is on the bail right now. some years back CBI Claimed that Assemanad claimed all the charges related to mecca masjid blast and accepted his crime in the metropolitan court in Delhi but then he took his statement back but in this same case and in year 2011 this case went to NIA who made 10 members of the Abhinav bharat as the main culprit in this case and one person was died during Investigation and 3 disappeared suddenly
What Happens after Judgement
Mr RVS Mani who was the Under secretary in MHA gave the statement that this saffron angle was fake and this was a story to save the culprits and his tenure there was no case of Saffron Terror link therefore this decision is not a surprise for all of us and many political parties are attacking each other after this congress and AIMIM are attacking the BJP and PM and BJP is hitting back especially on the statement by the Former Home Minister Sh Sushil Kumar Shinde in which he used word Hindu terror and that is what i also called a disrespectful because everyone is aware that religion has nothing to do with the terror because terror and religion is the 2 sides of the coin and they can never be same but later sushil kumar shinde apologised in the parliament by saying that his statement was misquoted.
What is the main Thing
At that time the Raj Shekhar Reddy was in power in the state and he promised the compensation, Home and jobs to the people who were affected by this attack but today i was listening to a person who was also one of the Injured person and he is saying that he relieved no compensation , no job from the government and not any minister of MLA or MP who is doing politics on this issue came to meet them and ask them how are you and this is also a real question at the moment that how these people will get justice because they are our brothers and sisters and they are also our fellow Indians and they also deserves justice. I will not comment on today's judgement but these 5 people got clean chit the who is the main culprit that is the main question i know soon this judgement will be challenged in the court of law if it is written in the law.
