Right now there is a huge clash in Delhi between lieutenant governor and the Chief Minister of the State but this is not the new thing. In year 2015 Arvind Kejriwal became the chief minister of the Delhi 2nd time and right after that whole world notices how some media houses and other political parties attacked him contentiously and how his power was tried to take away from him and there are many Incidents which shows that how central government tried to pressurise him
Anti Corruption Burro
In year 2016 Central Government taken anti corruption Burro in there hands before that it was in the hands of the state Government of Delhi and at that time the ACB was Investigating the water tanker scam which was happened in Delhi during the regime of the Shehila Dixit who was a Congress leader and Chief Minister of Delhi (1998-2013) and at that time Kejriwal told the Delhi assembly that he was unable to act against incidents of corruption of the Congress period because he did not have the ACB with him any more.
Salary Hike of The MLA's in the Delhi
Everyone is aware that how BJP, Congress and Media portrayed the Delhi AAP Government when they are asking for the salary hike from 88,000 to 2.10 Lacs but in that 88,000 only salary which they got after deduction was Rs 12,000 per month which is not enough to live in the city like delhi and therefore this salary hike was justified although this was not a big Issue because at that time the salary of MLA's of Jharkahand was Rs 2,10,333 and the salary of MP's of Telengana was 2.50 Lacs, In Madhya Pradesh it was Rs 2.10 Lacs means somehow more than the salary of MLA's of Delhi and there was only some section of Media who showd this data rest all were constantly criticising Arvind Kejriwal because before the elections Kejriwal was saying that they will work in little salary which I believe was a lie because no one can live in a little salary.
Office of Profit Case
Everyone in India is aware about this case when 20 MLA's of AAP were disqualified for the post of the Legislative assembly members for taking parliamentary secretary post which comes under office although the AAP has clarified that they didn't got any salary for this but opposition parties did politics on that without even seen that what they have done in past some past Incidents were as follows
⦁ In Haryana when 4 MLA's of BJP were found guilty in this case and they resigned after supreme court orders the election commision then didn't tried to disqualified them like what they did with the AAP MLA's
⦁ Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he was the chief minister of Gujarat had appointed 6 MLA'S as parliamentary secretaries in 2009.
⦁ The Ashok Gehlot government in Rajasthan had made similar appointment in 2012 following which the Rajasthan high court sent a notice to him questioning his decision. Gehlot had appointed 13 parliamentary secretaries.
If these both the 2 parties has done same deeds what's make them right to criticise another party for that.
Clashes with the Lieutinent Governors
A biggest event which proves that LG Interfering in the Government works happened when the CM Arvind Kejriwal appointed Swati Maliwal as Chairman of Delhi Commission for Women because in the law it is written that the Government of NCT Delhi can appoint DCW Chairperson the LG Najeeb Jung Wrote a letter to Arvind Kejriwal Stating that Government Means LG which was shocking because in a democracy how can be a elected government can be under a Un elected bureaucrat but unfortunately it is the Reality of Delhi but this Interference was totally wrong
In year 2017 Government of NCT Delhi passed a proposal in the Delhi Assembly to regularise all the Guest Lecturers and on October 4 this bill got clearance at that time Manisi Sisodia said there were 50,000 guest teachers in Delhi out of which 17,000 had passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). 15,000 of these teachers who fulfilled all criteria have been made permanent. The remaining 35,000 will be working on a rotation basis and will 'stand a chance' to be made permanent once they clear the eligibility test but the LG Mr. Anil Baijal had sent it back to the government eight months later, citing work experience cannot be given weight-age.
Enquiry Commisions
In CNG Fitness Scam 2002 and DDCA Scam 2013 government of delhi ordered probe which was unconstitutional obviously because According to Enquiry Commisons Act 1952 the full fledged states like Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat government can give the directions but in Union Territories and NCT Delhi were not allowed to do that and just because of that the commission later the data declared null and void but the LG Of Delhi Najeeb Jung didn't ordered any enquiry in this in these both the cases the Leaders of BJP and Congress were Involved may be that is why.
Attack on Bureaucrats
Delhi chief secretary Anshu Prakash alleged that he was assaulted by the AAP Politicians at chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence and after that Police has raided his houses for the Investigation but at the same time one AAP MLA was assaulted by some people at Delhi Secretariat and the video evidence was their but still no police action was taken.
This is not the all the media of the nation tried to attack AAP on the funds issue during the 2015 elections stating that AAP has taken 2 crores donation from illegal sources but at the same time they showed the cheques of Rs 2 crores which AAP has taken but the question is that if this money 2 crores was taken by cheque so how it can be a black money because cheque tranbsations are counted and recorded transactions and all the black and unaccounted transactions are done in the cash and AAP has also disclosed there full donation list at their website.
Media has also made a big issue when in Punjab AAP got 22 seats (2nd largest) and they lost Rajouri Garden seat by saying that Delhi people doesn't supports AAP but later AAP won Bawana Seat in Bi Polls and no Media house reported that moreover AAP also won 13 seats in Local bodies elections in 2017 no media reported that and it clearly Indicates that some section of Indian media is full of stooges who are TRP hunters.
My Conclusion
There are many more Incidents that proves that the Some section of Media and Central Government is Interfering in the work of the Delhi Government why they are not letting them work what BJP did in Karantaka, Uttrakhand, Goa, Manipur and Arunanchal Pradesh shows that they are misusing the powers of the governors like Congress did for 50 years and third front did in 1997 in UP and I have seen some people asking that if an people's elected CM is so weak then there is no need for the legislative assembly shut that assembly and stop this drama and this is an undeclared President rule in Delhi. Although my opinion is that Delhi Needs a State Government and I hope these all matters get sough-ted out and I also request the Government in Centre to stop this vendetta of your's otherwise be ready to face a huge loss in 2019 and 2020 elections.
