Today very violent situation happened in my nation when the violent protests erupted today during a nationwide bandh called by several Dalit organisations against the alleged "dilution" of the SCs/STs Act 1989. although the motive of the protest was not bad but this protest has taken life of 7 Indians and therefore now this whole protest is maligned. some days before Harijan Community people declared a Bharat Bandh for the rights of Harijans and then when this whole thing happened whole nation went into shock
Why This protest happened
some weeks back Supreme Court of India 2 judges bench gave a Decision that from now on there will be no immediate arrest in the complaints under sc/st act first they have to take permission from the concerned person then there will be an enquiry and only after that a person will be arrested this decision was taken on the petition of a appellant of pune who said that someone has filled a fake complaint against him under this act the court has also agreed that some people from Harijan Community misused this section.
What is SC/ST ACT 1989
This law is for the protection of our brothers and sisters from the low castes who are known as Harijans unfortunately due to the oppression by some upper caste people and this law is an extension of article 17 which makes untouchability a crime.
Violence in the States
According to some media reports the states like Rajasthan, MP & Punjab were hitted most by this violence and all these 7 deaths has happened in 2 states out of these 3 but some report says that Maharashtra state has also affected by that and due to this Punjab government has cancelled the exams for some days.
A news also has came that some violent protesters has attacked a bus of AIIMS Delhi where many doctors and nurses were present and there were 2 videos circulating on internet in one many protesters were beating a innocent guy with sticks which reminds me lynching case and there was one more video where a bus was attacked by protesters same like what happened in a school in Gurgaon some months back in the protest of Padmavat
My Conclusion
I am one of those strong believers of the equality who believe that everyone in my nation has a equal right to grow and many people who stood against right wingers for the protection of Harijans now they are standing against this so called Harijan Movement because today the law and order is compromised in the name of rights some months back a group of goons whom i will not call them rajputs because of there dirty politics burnt my nation in the name of a film and now some people in name of Harijan Identity is doing the same thing so it is justified for all of us to stand against this type of attitude and we know that we Indians has always fought against Injustice we have never seen what is the caste of a oppressor.
Today a video also got viral but i don't know whether it is true or not but in that video some harijans were putting garland of footwear's on the photo of lord hanuman by holding Dr BR Ambedkar Photo i don't whether that video is true but if it is true then they all should be send behind the bars for hurting Hindu sentiments because we all are devotees of lord hanuman and therefore we will not be silent
People who died in the police firing there deaths should be investigated and we also demand the immidiate arrest of all those leaders and protestors who were involve in this voilence because today as a Indian i am shameful that i have such voilent people in my home who are doing nothing just to take law and order in there hands
I will not call them Harijans i will call them an anti social element who wants that Harijans and other Hindus to fight against ecah other and they want brother to kill brother (like they tried in Haryana with Jatts but failed due to the harmony between the people of haryana both Jatts and Non Jatts) we should not allow them to do that.
